Dubai Strengthens Property Investment Links with India Through Bengaluru Outreach
Dubai Land Department’s Bengaluru outreach brings official property-market information, regulations and digital services closer to Indian investors.
Dubai Land Department has continued its international outreach through Dubai RE connect, bringing official information about the emirate’s property market directly to investors and business communities in India.
According to the official announcement from Dubai Land Department published on 25 September 2026, the Bengaluru event brought together investors, business leaders, government entities, developers and real estate professionals.
Bringing Dubai Property Information to Bengaluru
The event provided information about Dubai’s property market, regulatory framework and digital services. It also gave participants an opportunity to learn about investment options through official data and direct engagement with industry representatives.
The Bengaluru event followed earlier editions of Dubai RE connect in New Delhi and Mumbai. Together, these events reflect Dubai Land Department’s continued engagement with India’s investor and business communities.
Regulation and Digital Services Support Informed Decisions
A key part of the initiative is helping international investors understand how Dubai’s real estate system works. This includes access to transparent market information, clear regulations, rights protection and digital services that can support more informed property decisions.
Several Dubai Land Department services and initiatives were presented during the event, including Dubai REST, Tamleek+, the Preliminary Registration platform and the First Home Ownership Programme.
Project Delivery Adds Context to Market Growth
Dubai Land Department also reported that 104 real estate projects were completed during the first half of 2026, representing a 38.7% increase compared with the same period in 2025. The completed projects had a total value exceeding AED 111 billion, while 24,537 new units were delivered during the same period.
These figures provide a wider view of development activity across Dubai. However, market growth does not mean that every location or project will perform in the same way. Property decisions still depend on factors such as location, development quality, supply, individual objectives and market conditions.
Explore Individual Developments Alongside Their Locations
For international buyers exploring the range of homes available across the city, the Prestige One Projects page presents the company’s developments in different Dubai destinations. Each project should be considered according to its own location, features and official information.
Compare the Home and the Neighbourhood Together
The Residence by Prestige One in Jumeirah Village Circle and Seaside by Prestige One in Dubai Islands offer different residential settings to explore. Their inclusion here does not imply that Prestige One participated in the Bengaluru event.
Our Dubai real estate market growth update provides further context for the delivery figures, while the Tamallak+ registration update examines a separate development in digital property services.
Dubai RE connect in Bengaluru reflects the importance of international engagement, reliable information and accessible property services. By bringing official market insights directly to investors, Dubai continues to strengthen the connections supporting its long-term real estate vision.
