Prestige One Developments has appointed Power Axes International Foundation LLC to lead enabling and civil works on The Boulevard, a key residential development located in DLRC. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Hamdy, Technical Manager at Power Axes, and Yamin Shihab, Chief Development Officer at Prestige One.
The appointment reinforces Prestige One’s commitment to early-stage precision and site readiness. Power Axes will be responsible for enabling works including excavation, foundation preparation, and civil infrastructure that set the base for all future construction.
